Randall F. Lee | Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Randall Lee has operated Paradigm Surgical Devices for 22 years. His total experience of 34 years spans surgical sales, marketing, product development,
and intellectual property. Some specific areas of interest include critical care electronics, NICU life support
devices, limb prosthetics, orthotic appliances, musculoskeletal transplants, biologics, and orthopedic/neuro spinal implants.
Randall has worked his way up over the years from a territory coverage representative to the CEO of an orthotics and limb prosthetics
company, which included its own central fabrication unit, testing lab, and numerous treatment facilities.
Randall is an inventor at heart, and has numerous patents which are licensed and marketed by several medical companies.
DarLynn G. Lee | Chief Financial Officer
DarLynn has served as Paradigm’s CFO for 22 years. DarLynn studied at Brigham Young University and San Jose State University.
She has extensive experience in operations and human resources, with multiple skills garnered through running small businesses.
Over the last 25 years she has been involved in finance, commercial leasing, commercial real estate acquisition, and the banking
demands of numerous private companies.
Kevin Peterson, MBA | Operations Manager
Kevin has 16 years of experience in operations and logistics of diverse sized companies. His work history includes operations in
several industries including specialty chemical, retail, customer service, and medical devices. He received a Bachelor’s Degree
in Business Administration and International Management from the University of New Mexico, and earned a Masters of Business
Administration from the University of Dallas with an emphasis in Operations Management.
Brent Duke, MHA | Assistant Operations Manager
Brent is a Board Certified Athletic Trainer. He practiced over 6 years with a range of athletes providing the highest level of care.
Brent also worked in total joint reconstruction providing in-home post-operative support directly to patients. Brent graduated from
the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training. He further achieved a Master’s Degree in Healthcare
Administration at the University of Texas Arlington.
